Tour itinerary:
Departure in Salzburg - Villach - Udine - Venice Marco Polo Airport:
travel by boat via Murano directly to the center of Venice, the St. Mark's Square, in about 1 hour boat ride. Hotel check in. Leisure time for the rest of the day. Venice is a typical Italian town which is busy long after mid-night. Have a stroll at night with just perfect T-Shirt temperatures.
2nd day: visit Venice and the famous island Murano and the glassblowing factory Nuova BISANZIO - boat back to Venice Marco Polo - beginning of the drive on the romantic road traversing the Alps from South to North. Departure at Marco Polo around 2.00 pm. Pass via the olympic town Cortina d'Ampezzo to the Grossglockner Alpine Road and furhter via Zell am See to Salzburg. |
