Salt Mines and the town of Berchtesgaden

Come with us on a tour of a special kind and dive into the magical world of salt. Beginning with the Celts, who started the mining of the white gold already around 600 before Christ until the time of the Prince Archbishops the salt brought wealth and richness to the whole country.

After all these impressions you will have the possibility to strengthen yourself with some Bavarian specialities before we will start our trip back to Salzburg.

Highlights: View of Hitler´s Eagles Nest, outstanding view across the Bavarian Mountains and the visit of the Salt Mines in Berchtesgaden.
